In this review I will be giving my honest opinion and rating of Chick-Fil-A, the fast food chain. I have not been since elementary school, and wanted to decide if I liked it, because I have heard much about it lately.
I visited Chick Fil-A with my mom for the first time in around nine years. My mission was to decide if it is a good restaurant and if I would ever want to have it again. I wanted to analyze every little detail of the experience and provide a quality review.
I wanted to see how quick their pickup order system was. My mom ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered the Chick-n-Strips meal. The mobile app was quick and convinient for grabbing a bite to eat on the go.
Service
I waited next to the pickup rack for about three minutes before an employee walked up to me. He asked for the name of my order and after telling him, he handed me my food. I told him thank you and he replied with, “my pleasure.” This experience left me with a smile and would be enough of a reason to bring me back, alone.
The service was very quick. Additionally, the employees were very organized, clean, and hard-working. I give their service five stars.
Value
Our order ended up costing $22.47. I was not too shocked by the price and figured it would be worth it.
This was without a doubt a more expensive fast food experience. Though, most fast food businesses are raising prices these days. Even so, this price was definitely worth it for the quality of food we recieved. Chick-Fil-A’s value is five stars!
Food
They gave us our food in a bag that had each item wrapped or in separate containers.
Our food was hot, cooked well, and very fresh. I first wanted to try the chicken tenders. They were very crispy, well-seasoned, and paired well with the ranch I ordered. The mac-n-cheese I had was creamy and had real cheese melted onto it. My mom said her chicken sandwich was also very crispy. “It’s probably the best chicken sandwich you can get from a fast food place,” my mom said. The quality of our food was an easy five stars.
Final thoughts
Chick Fil-A has a very good reputation and is well-loved by many people. It is no secret that Chick-Fil-A is very popular. Knowing this, how well kept are the buildings themselves? Do the employees handle dinner rushes well?
The inside of the building was clean. It was very open and had a lot of seating available. I went during peak dinner hours and there was a line stretching through the building. Despite the line, the employees were remaining calm and were handling the rush well. It was not too noisy inside and the employees were working very hard.
My experience at Chick-Fil-A was very good. It is clear that they have been in the fast food business for a very long time and I would definitely recommend it. My final rating of Chick-Fil-A is five stars, and I recommend visiting soon.
